24 year old Kara lives with Functional Neurological Disorder which causes chronic pain, fatigue, numbness, weakness, and tremor.

Her home is adapted and she navigates around it with the help of crutches, however she was greatly in need of a light wheelchair with power assistance to enable her independence outdoors and to facilitate her safe being in a school environment.

The Mustang GTM Light wheelchair with Batec power assisted front wheels was identified as the optimum choice and the amazing AFK Charity arranged fundraising via various other charities with Elifar contributing £1000 to the total cost of £9180.
