Shirley is our grants administrator and handles all enquiries from young people and their families who wish to apply for a grant. She has been involved with The Elifar Foundation since 2013 and makes sure that the trustees can assess applications and make grants as quickly as possible. She is the first point of contact for anyone considering applying for a grant and will happily answer all your queries.
