Pavlo, aged 3, and his family relocated to the UK in 2022 from Ukraine. He copes with quadriplegic cerebral palsy which means altered muscle tone, reduced strength and coordination and generally very complex needs. He is unable to stand or walk and a regular buggy cannot provide the required support.

The family, in the midst of enormous emotional upheaval in a new country with a different language, frustrating NHS systems and long waiting lists, just want a normal life and are now feeling a lot less isolated.
