Applying For A Grant
An application for an Elifar Foundation Grant can be made by or on behalf of any disabled adult or child resident within the UK.
Grants maybe considered to fund in full/part of any specialised equipment, disabled holiday, or course of therapy no matter how small.
All applications must be supported by evidence from a suitably qualified health professional, detailing how the grant will improve the quality of life for the individual and that funds are not available to purchase this from statutory or other means. We will also require financial information and evidence of this for the applicant or their family in the case of a minor.
The applicant/proposer must source the equipment, and include with the application any literature, product information and current prices including VAT if applicable.
